Life Link CPR Training In Riverside CA
Life Link CPR Training is an American Heart Association CPR Training Site. We are located in the heart Riverside. We offer stress free classes, in a relaxed classroom environment (not in a home). We have classes Monday- Saturday, and also offer online certifications as well. All of our classes our taught by trained medical providers such as RN’s, Paramedics and EMT’s. Course completion cards are issued at the end of class. On-site training is also available at your facility at no extra cost. We offer the following classes:
BLS Initial Class: The Initial Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers class provides information on adult, child and infant CPR, Two rescuer CPR, and also the use of the Bag Mask Device. This class also covers the use of the automated external defibrillator (AED) along with foreign-body airway obstruction (FBAO), and other cardiopulmonary emergencies. This class is for anyone who plans to work in a medical/healthcare setting. This class covers the latest scientific research by the AHA. You will receive your card at the end of class.
BLS Renewal Class: The Basic Life Support Renewal class is for anyone that has a current BLS card by American Heart Association that is not expired. If your card is already expired please sign up under the Intial BLS class. This class covers Adult, Child, Infant CPR. Adult, Child, Infant Choking the use of the Bag Mask Device, and also the use of the AED ( Automated External Defibrillator). This class is for anyone who is working in a healthcare setting. This class covers the latest research by the AHA. You will receive your card at the end of class.
ACLS Initial Class: The American Heart Association Initial ACLS class is designed for healthcare providers looking to further there careers in a healthcare setting. It covers the latest scientific research, done by AHA. We teach the latest 2010 guidelines. With this course healthcare providers will be able to enhance their skills in the in the treatment of an adult victim in cardiac arrest and other cardiopulmonary emergencies. This course also covers Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS), along with stroke. This course is designed for physicians, nurses, EMT’s, paramedics, respiratory therapist, or anyone else who will respond to cardiac emergencies. You will receive your ACLS card at the end of class.
ACLS Renewal Class: The American Heart Association Renewal ACLS class is designed for anyone that has a current, up to date AHA ACLS card. If your card is already expired you CANNOT take a renewal course. We cover the latest scientific research put out by the AHA. We teach the latest 2010 guidelines. With the renewal course we will cover how to respond to cardiopulmonary emergencies, teach the latest guidelines for ACS and Stroke care.
Heartsaver CPR & AED: The Heartsaver CPR & AED courses is intended for anyone looking to learn basic CPR. Training includes Adult, Child, Infant CPR, use of the AED (Automated External Defibriallator), and Adult, Child, Infant choking. This would include teachers, childcare workers, fitness trainers, corporate workers, restaurant employees, lifeguards, coaches, parents, babysitters, and anyone who wants to learn how to do CPR. You will receive your card at the end of class.
First Aid CPR & AED: The Heartsaver First Aid CPR & AED course is designed for anyone looking to learn basic first aid. The course covers, medical emergencies, injury emergencies, and environmental emergencies. The Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course combines all of the information provided in both the CPR AED and First Aid classes into one class. This course also covers adult, child, infant CPR. The use of the AED. And adult, child, infant choking. You will receive your card at the end of class.
Pediatric First Aid CPR & AED: Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid with CPR & AED class is a American Heart Association class that teaches community members critical actions to take in the first few moments after someone has collapsed, suffered an injury or become suddenly ill. Students will learn how to perform CPR (for infants, children and adults), how to help someone who is choking, and how to recognize and provide care for a variety of illnesses and injuries. This class will focus specifically on helping children and infants and meets requirements set by the California EMS Authority for training in CPR and First Aid for childcare providers.
